The Detention facility called today and cancelled our concert.
On one side I am very disappointed. We had made a committment. It meant some personal sacrifice, and a lot of work, but it is something we are committed to.
To have some officious asshat cancel the whole thing because he hadn't received form ABCDX123 from the Chaplain.
As far as we know we had done everything right, but some anal officious asshat didn't get the right form.
You try so hard to do the right thing, and you never realize how many people are dead set against you .
I guess I have to be satisfied with watching the Seahawks playoff game tomorrow.
There is no cloud that has no silver lining.
